The Challenge
Natura Dental Center — a multi-location dental clinic with 20+ years of experience — needed a website that felt approachable and warm (not clinical), communicated trust through real patient stories, and served both Jakarta and Kudus audiences with location-specific content.
Our Approach
We crafted an organic, nature-inspired visual identity with rounded shapes, scroll-triggered animations, and a warm serif + sans-serif type pairing. Animated counters showcase real stats (years, patients, cases), while a blog and patient testimonials build authority. Each location has its own page with relevant services.
The Outcome
The new site tripled free consultation requests within the first quarter. Patient testimonials and the educational blog built trust with first-time visitors, and the approachable design set Natura apart from sterile competitor sites.
